Looking at your system, it shows you presently have 2 tasks being processed. Given that your system is a P4, it will take a long, long, really long time for it to process a task (we generally call then Work Units- WUs).
Your computer's benchmark-
Measured floating point speed 1.1 billion ops/sec
Measured integer speed 2.22 billion ops/sec
My computer's benchmark-
Measured floating point speed 4.87 billion ops/sec
Measured integer speed 18.23 billion ops/sec
Depending on the WU, it takes my system 35min to 1hr 45min to process a WU. I'm also using a more efficient application, so your processing times could easily be over 8 hours.

Once you return a completed WU, then it will allow you to download another. Once you have completed several WUs (probably a dozen or so), the Remaining (estimated) time will be closer to the actual value, and then Seti will know how long it takes to process a WU, and how many it can give you at a time.
As you have only just connected to Seti, it will also take a while for the system to work out how many hours a day it is actually able to process work- how many hours the computer is on, how much of that time BOINC can process work etc- that will also impact on how much work you can get and still return it before the deadline date.

If you were to increase your cache settings, that will most like allow you to get a few more WUs, but until the system has better idea of how long it take to process a WU, and how many hours a day it is able to process work, it could be a while before you can get more than a couple of WUs at a time.
If you go to your account page (click on you name at the top right corner of this page), then in Preferences
"When and how BOINC uses your computer" click on "Computing preferences"

Under Other,
"Store at least XX days of work"
"Store up to an additional YY days of work"
Scroll down the page to "Edit preferences" and click on it, then you can change those values.

If you set XX to 2, and YY to 0.05, that will give you 2 days worth of work (once Seti knows how long it takes to process, how much time the computer is on & BOINC can process work etc).
Scroll down the page and click on the green "Update preferences" button, and your changes will be saved. The next time your computer contacts the Seti servers, those changes will be downloaded & will take effect. Then the next time your computer contacts the Seti servers, it will request work in accordance with those new settings, and that may (or may not) allow you to download a few more WUs to your computer's cache.

It looks like you have an "oldie but goody" that you were last running with Win/XP and now Win7.

I am not sure if you can merge computers across different Windows versions or not. The button at the bottom of your website page for that system may allow you to merge your previous results.

Which always works unlike the merge function.
