Don't know if any country are in that position. So far it looks like no country is not among them.

I think prioritisation took place in some places in Italy? And while officially, it doesn't happen in France (yet), old people in care homes who get sick aren't brought to the hospital at all.

I don't know if any prioritization are taking place in Italy. What is now known though is that eldery people at a retirement home are in a very big risk, in all countries.

As for today there are no life saving medical care.
Only treatments for the side effects of the CV.

Sadly there have been reports from a few countries where the care delivered is a long way below any sensible threshold.

But there are treatments aka drugs that are bringing down the causalities.

And we may never know, especially if patient zero was asymptomatic. Even if later tested and shown to have anti-bodies, there is no way to find out when they were exposed and hence no way to find out they were number zero.

But we do know that cats catch SARS CoV 2, and we also know that cat is/was on the menu in China.

I'm finding it interesting that the literature indicates that horseshoe bats were the source, when they were the source of the original SARS in 2002. I'm left wondering if there are translation issues or if they actually came from the same source. They did find the bat to human link for the original SARS, so that link is obviously possible for SARS CoV-2.
