Little Kim must not be getting the attention that he wants.

N. Korea fires unspecified ballistic missile toward East Sea.

So he fired off a couple more.

North Korea fires missiles 2 days after ICBM test.

Little Kim cares more about his missiles than his people.

As North Korea tests nuclear weapons, its people are on the ‘brink’ of disaster.

It looks like little Kim's well fed daughter isn't cutting it with the people.

Kim Jong-un's daughter is quietly sparking 'anger' among North Korean citizens.

She certainly does look quite overfed, while millions starve across the country.

A well fed lot turn out to watch the fireworks.

North Korea fires at least six short-range missiles as Kim Jong Un and daughter look on.

While millions of citizens starve.

Just because he couldn't read the "Wet Paint" sign? There's a lot of freshly painted surfaces in those pics.

Kim Jong-un’s guards ‘face execution’ for letting him go out in stained jacket.

Little Kim is at it yet again, but with something different.

North Korea claims to have tested 'radioactive tsunami' underwater drone weapon at sea.

North Korea claims to have tested a nuclear-capable underwater drone designed to generate a gigantic "radioactive tsunami" that, it says, could destroy naval strike groups and ports.

Analysts were sceptical that the device presented a major new threat, but the test underlines the North's commitment to raising nuclear threats.

The test this week came as the United States reportedly planned to deploy aircraft carrier strike groups and other advanced assets to waters off the Korean Peninsula.

Military tensions are at a high point as the pace of both North Korean weapons tests and US-South Korea joint military exercises has accelerated in the past year in a cycle of tit-for-tat responses.

Pyongyang's official Korean Central News Agency said the new weapon — which can be deployed from the coast or towed by surface ships — is built to "stealthily infiltrate into operational waters and make a super-scale radioactive tsunami through an underwater explosion to destroy naval strike groups and major operational ports of the enemy".....

Little rocket man wants more nukes.

Kim Jong Un wants North Korea to make more nuclear material for bombs.

He doesn't care about his starving people so long as he has more rockets and bombs.

The evil sister opens her mouth yet again.

Kim Jong Un's sister says US-S. Korea plan risks 'serious danger'.

It's a shame that they can't look after their people as well as they treat their weapons of war.

Little well fed Kim's latest flop had his neighbours on edge.

North Korean satellite plunges into sea after rocket failure.

A North Korean satellite launch on Wednesday ended in failure, sending the booster and payload plunging into the sea, North Korean state media said, and the South's military said it had recovered parts of the launch vehicle.

The new "Chollima-1" satellite launch rocket failed because of instability in the engine and fuel system, state news agency KCNA reported.

The flight was the nuclear-armed state's sixth satellite launch attempt, and the first since 2016. It was supposed to put North Korea's first spy satellite in orbit.

It prompted emergency alerts and brief evacuation warnings in parts of South Korea and Japan. The notices were withdrawn with no danger or damage reported.....

I'm wondering if it was even a failure... they purposely launch so many rockets at the ocean, maybe someone forgot to reprogram it. :^p

Kim Jong Un orders North Koreans to stop killing themselves after number of suicides skyrocketed.

Maybe if he spent more on them and less on his military and his/their toys while feeding them as well as he feeds himself they may listen to him.

His people continue to starve to death.

Residents tell BBC of neighbours starving to death.

North Korea has never been able to produce enough food for its 26 million people. When it shut its border in January 2020, authorities stopped importing grain from China, as well as the fertilisers and machinery needed to grow food.

Meanwhile, they have fortified the border with fences, while reportedly ordering guards to shoot anyone trying to cross. This has made it nearly impossible for people to smuggle in food to sell at the unofficial markets, where most North Koreans shop.
I never understood why the North Korean regime isolates its country from China, its communist compatriot. They may restrict their citizens not to travel abroad, as East Germans weren't allowed to travel to Western Germany until 1989-11-09 (this magic date, no one will ever forget). But why block trade and grain imports? They have got an basic industry stock, capable to produce ballistic missiles and nuclear bombs. Surely, they can export something China will buy.

On the other hand, the Kim regime is a grotesque remnant of a long-forgotten war. It only owes its existence to China's will. Probably China still sees it as a kind of cordon sanitaire against South Korea, i.e. the aggressive, imperialist U.S.A (I'm exaggerating), i.e. China's protective wall. But why is China watching idly how catastrophically bad things are for the people there. Personal need and hunger endangers every communist regime the most. Those who no longer fear death will risk it at some point in order to improve their lot or that of their descendants. It's all a big mystery I can't understand.

North Korea is mainly bluster. Nobody wants to actually attack North Korea, and they know that. There is no gain in that, just loss on all sides. Of course North Korea has to keep up the facade that the whole world is their enemy, mainly because they don't want foreign investment, or any interaction that would show the citizens that their world is no paradise. They have to remain isolated, or the regime will collapse. North Korea is actually less of a threat that say Iran. North Korea is just concerned with their own survival, and will do what they think it takes to keep their population under control, and look scary to the rest of the world. It's kind of like when confronting a bear, waving your arms up high, jumping up and down, and making yourself look scary. North Korea has no international ambition, other that to steal secrets, money, or whatever they can get away with. They do not want wide spread interaction. Iran, on the other hand, is ambitious. They have their friends, allies, and infiltrators in many places, and want control of areas not only within their borders. Their long standing feud with Israel and the west are definite reasons for concern. Both countries (Iran and North Korea) repress their people, and human rights are a pipe dream. It's sad to see this condition where ever in the world it exists. Unfortunately, it's a long standing tradition of the human race to control, suppress, and dominate others. We are all animals, and our ancestors had the same traits. There is violence throughout the animal kingdom. The always has been. Just because we developed languages, technology, and intercontinental dependencies, doesn't mean we have left behind the violent, controlling instincts that got us here in the first place.
