I hope not like this way.

So in 2 months Fat kim and Trumpy will meet ........

Some have said Kim has seen what hapend to Saddam and it scares him ...........

Some have said it's because only now when he has proved he has the tech does he have the most power because now he can get the best deal by giving up the nukes .......

Some have said he will sign a agreement and then not follow through with it ............

There is a possibility that he will take the 3rd option why ?,,,,,,,,America will have there mid term elections in approx 12 months and Trump is possibly going to lose control of the senate

America may end up so busy with domestic problems Fat Kim can play America as fools .

Then what does Trump do !! .....Promise to much and don't deliver and you get your self in a rite mess .

Picking a fight through Trade with China is not productive in keeping Kim in his BOX

Guess we will see

As far as I know China understand that if war brake lose in Korea, China will get many problems.
China is a neighbor of North Korea and if that happens millions of North Koreans will flee to China.
China doesn't like that to happen.

Maybe Xi should consider building a wall on the border..........oh wait, DPRK already built one.............and they paid for it.

DPRK has no wall to China.
In fact the border is open and even some trading is done between the locals despite sanctions and all:)

Annyeong:)
North Korea's Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho meets Sweden's Foreign Minister Margot Wallström in Stockholm today.

A discussion point on the agenda when Wallström meets Ri Yong-Ho is about the the tension in the region and the conditions for a summit with the United States.
There are three consular matters to be discussed. There are three US citizens who are detained in North Korea and where Sweden is now working to try and get them released.
But it is not only the diplomatic relations between Sweden and North Korea that are important in this context. It is likely that it is also because Sweden is a member of the UN Security Council. North Korea's goal is to mitigate UN sanctions and the way to go there is through the Security Council.

Just had a period of non-connectability, so went looking at other Berkeley sites. Found this at Berkeley Seti, https://twitter.com/BerkeleySETI/status/978960648397877249/photo/1
Maybe Kim will become interested and join us ;-)

China, US must reduce pressure on DPRK.
Slap sanctions on China and watch DPRK get more nukes ...

Another tactic by the Chinese and Russians to hold on to their grip of power in the world they have had since the Obama apology tour. They know full well they are now dealing with an American President who understands their bluster and is willing to confront it, but they hope to sway the American people with fear of Nuclear war.

As long as MAD remains a deterrent (which Putin tried to make seem unreliable with his new 'stealth' ICBM that does nothing to negate the US Boomer fleet) China and Russia will also 'Scream at the Sky' to no avail.

The 'waddling duck of Pyongyang' falsely believes the South and the US wants to invade his paradise and steal his treasures....................what paradise?..........what treasures? DPRK has absolutely nothing coveted by any modern state. The reverse is true. China and Russia both know full well that once the US juggernaut of industry gets fully cranked back up their place in the economic order of things will shrink some more. And so both 'Evil Empires' keep stirring the pot in Korea and domestically in the US (not all that Facebook propaganda or the hackers come from Russia.....surprise, surprise).

The Chinese ARE evil in the sense they have a plan to dominate the world economically by 2049(the centennial of the revolution), and they will not let individual freedoms, ecological restraints or concern for other nations stop them. They steal ideas, processes, designs and formulas from everyone and the only country with the guts(finally), and frankly the military strength, to stand up to them is the US. The Russians ARE evil in the sense that they are international thugs and criminals using intimidation and outright fraud and murder to achieve their ends, they will ALSO be confronted by having their economic and financial nuts squeezed in the pliers of US financial sanctions.

Like the 'proposed' tariffs by China, this is just a negotiating ploy in advance of the Fat Boy meeting with the Orange One.

"The Russians ARE evil"

And the current U.S. government is no less evil.

Correct JE. But you understand that to combat the Chinese and Russian evil, including their supporters or excusers. Will necessitate as all wars, be it economic or..., sacrifices from those who fight evil.
And if the rising support of the President' s policies, if not the man, are any indication I believe The People are willing to make the needed sacrifice. And in the long run it won't be as bad as the doomsayers always predict.

And as for the Russian financial gonads........

https://www.wsj.com/articles/u-s-targets-russian-oligarchs-in-new-sanctions-1523018826

....in a street fight, always aim high and kick low......ouch.

Most know of said threat as well as others that are out there. However having to deal with a bored keyboard warrior who fails to answer questions relevant to the topic being discussed takes one's mind off the woes of the world. :-)

I would strongly suggest you reread all your posts then STOP & THINK about your own moral, ethical intellect. You will more than likely see that you do not have any, not that you have the courage to admit to that of course. :-)

Most folks know their limits. Would you care to visit NK & point that fact out to Ping Pong II?

Answer just the most important question you will ever get asked on these boards:

With your views on life & the world, how is it that there is no evidence of you ever starting a thread worthy of discussion?
