Thank the Founder's for limiting the Internal Power of any President and Federal Judge's stopping most of their Executive Order's that are in violation of the Constitution and Laws and Regulations passed by our Congress.

Did they think that through far enough?
What happens when the President with the help of his own party in the Senate, packs the SCOTUS with his own yes men?

Let's not forget who originally enlisted Steele to investigate.
I know the answer, in fact I have mentioned it a time or two, but this time I'll wait until someone else investigates, as they don't seem to take in and understand what I write.
But inconvenient facts are sadly quickly forgotten those same people. :-(

Though it is so funny when they do trip up over those forgotten facts. :-D

More sleeze by Trump appointee's. U.S. Interior Department watchdog to probe six senior officials
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Interior Department’s inspector general’s office confirmed on Tuesday it is investigating whether six high-level agency officials violated federal ethics rules by interacting with former employers or clients while working on official business.

The inspector general, an independent office that acts as the department’s watchdog, opened the investigation just days after confirming the start of a probe into complaints about newly-confirmed secretary David Bernhardt.

This latest probe is in response to a complaint from the non-profit Campaign Legal Center (CLC).

You are, of course, referring to both Democrats and Republicans.

Adding "yes women" to "yes men":

Of course both parties.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg - Clinton
Stephen Breyer - Clinton
Sonia Sotomayor - Obama
Elena Kagan - Obama

That's cherry picking.
Lets have the full list including who they succeeded, and the registered party support of each member. (I'm not going to do your work for you.)
In addition: Democrat President Franklin Roosevelt attempted to "pack" SCOTUS by increasing its number over nine and then appointing Democrat supporting persons to fill the increased slots.

Don't give Trump idea's he might just increase it to 15 members.

Then why haven't you listed the appointments by Republican Presidents.

Why haven't you mentioned the delay by the GOP so that Obama's last pick never got appointed leaving an opening for Trump to appoint a jjudge of questionable capabilities.

The answer is obvious, there is so little light under the bridge where Clyde lives he can't see enough to make a lucid comment.

Dear betreger,

Did you see the announcement of Joe Biden and my referenced URL.

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2019/04/25/biden_launches_2020_campaign_america_is_at_stake.html

I asked, because I agree with all that Biden said and asked who disagreed and why.

Do you agree with Biden and myself regarding Trump?

Sincerely, Clyde "Liberal"

Stop dodging the questions.

The "news" about Biden, isn't. It happened hrs ago, and had been telegraphed for weeks, so it is now History.

edit] just checked WaPo line was over 12 hrs ago and is no longer on their page, you have to search politics page for it. as I said History.

The Washington Free Beacon

And what the Obama DOJ and FBI then did for apparent political reasons.
They added it to the already open investigation.

Lies, damned lies and Donald Trump: the pick of the president's untruths.

Trump likes to boast about his achievements, imagined and otherwise, that is no secret. The president regularly trumpets the success of the greatest economy ever, and the strongest military, and the most decisive electoral victory and all manner of other superlatives he’s supposed to have delivered. But one that is undeniable is that he has just become one of the most prolific liars in the history of American governance, passing the 10,000th lie of his administration this week – meaning an average of almost 17 lies a day over 604 days.
Trump says NRA is 'under siege' after New York opens investigation.

In a series of tweets Monday morning, Donald Trump implored the National Rifle Association (NRA) to put its house in order. The gun rights group is publicly wrestling with internal strife and a criminal investigation.
The “very important organization”, the president said, “must get its act together quickly, stop the internal fighting [and] get back to GREATNESS – FAST”.
In reference to an investigation into possible financial improprieties, Trump said the NRA was “under siege” by the Democratic governor and attorney general of New York, who he accused of “illegally using the state’s legal apparatus to take down and destroy” the conservative gun rights juggernaut.
v2.0 and the NRA are 2 immoral things that this world can well do without.

The 43 most mind-boggling lines from Donald Trump's Wisconsin campaign rally.

No.19 is most certainly wrong and totally the opposite case.

Trump goes after Biden — and against advisers' advice.

Trump appeared unnerved as Joe Biden secured the endorsement of the top firefighters' union, issuing Monday a string of four tweets targeting the Democratic presidential candidate and union leaders.
That's exactly the behavior several of the President's political advisers have been warning him against, wary that Trump will elevate a potentially formidable rival, two sources familiar with the discussions told CNN.
"Sleepy Joe Biden is having his first rally in the Great State of Pennsylvania. He obviously doesn't know that Pennsylvania is having one of the best economic years in its history," Trump tweeted. "The Dues Sucking firefighters leadership will always support Democrats, even though the membership wants me. Some things never change!"

Within hours, the former vice president fired back, showing just why Trump's advisers might be concerned..
"I'm sick of this President badmouthing unions. Labor built the middle class in this country. Minimum wage, overtime pay, the 40-hour week: they exist for all of us because unions fought for those rights. We need a President who honors them and their work," Biden tweeted, engaging in the mano a mano Twitter fight many of his rivals would relish.
Has anyone checked the bearings lately on that revolving door?

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein resigns.

I'm sure that there will be more to come.

Running scared Blondie?

It's a delaying tactic that might come back to bite him. He will not be want to be in front of congress investigations next summer when he is meant to be out there rallying for his 2nd term.

One that may be very very short considering how the original cases on FISA warrants were decided that the person whose information was being requested from the 3rd party had no rights.

Just received this breaking news. Congressional Democrats’ emoluments lawsuit targeting President Trump’s private business can proceed, judge says
https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/congressional-democrats-emoluments-lawsuit-targeting-president-trumps-private-business-can-proceed-judge-says/2019/04/30/ae2ae6be-5b9f-11e9-a00e-050dc7b82693_story.html?utm_term=.d37c4a6659ae
Democrats in Congress can move ahead with their lawsuit against President Trump alleging that his private business violates the Constitution’s ban on gifts or payments from foreign governments, a federal judge ruled Tuesday.

The decision in Washington from U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan adopted a broad definition of the anti-corruption ban and could set the stage for Democratic lawmakers to begin seeking information from the Trump Organization. The Justice Department can try to delay or block the process by asking an appeals court to intervene.
