The U.S. has sunk so low now under Trump (and with the attitude of those like the 3 stooges here) it has become hard to tell the difference now between Russian and the U.S..

Both are near, or at, the bottom of the elevator pit according to most of the rest of the world.

Get over it Clyde, the 21st century signaled the end of U.S. political dominance and people like you and Trump have sealed that fate solid. ;-)

Democrats are more interested in the upcoming midterm elections and more enthused to vote than usual, and that helps them to an 8-point edge in the generic congressional ballot test

Partisan gerrymandering will take care of that.

All Poll results depends upon the methodology and exact wording of questions.

Your referenced poll appears to be a for and against Poll regarding many issues.

The Poll I referenced was asking enthusiasm and if that would influence the turnout of Pro/Anti Trump voters this November.

In my opinion. Turnout may be the most meaningful.

As the broadcast was referring to the latest Fox News poll and Fox News only does a poll once a month, if that, i.e. there was no poll in May this year. Then the poll I referenced was the same one referred to in the broadcast.

Therefore the broadcast used cherry picking at it worse to try and show how Trump is ahead. When in fact overall the poll shows Trump is trailing. As polls go 538 rates the Fox News polls as an "A".

Not in my state, a bipartisan commission draws the legislative districts.

What is that smell? It smells like rotting decomposing flesh. Must be from nearly dead persons who can only remember the dark rose tinted good old days as they prepare to meet their maker. No longer have enough brain function left to deal with the realities of the living, their bodies slowly rotting away to oblivion. Their vile stench trumps every other sense. Fortunately their maker made their brains regress, so it becomes easy for him to sort out those who are going to join him and those who are going to rot watching and feeling the maggots chewing their flesh in hell. It also makes it easy for the illegals who "care" for them, who have to wipe their butts to decide just what level of care and tenderness they deserve. Isn't Allah wonderful in his gifts?!

It might not matter what is done about gerrymandering. It is quite likely the natural movement of the population, (i.e. college educated move to coastal or great lakes states & Texas), will ensure that the red, low population and income, states will control the Federal government in a few years time. Unless the rules for the number of lawmakers and Electoral college are changed soon, but that probably will not happen as it is not in the GOP's interest.

Already the population of 9 states, which incidentally contribute the most per head to the GDP, is almost 50% of the total population.

As the red, under populated states are also the states that own the pitchforks, and I might add the firearms. I think the most likely outcome is cessation. CA is already the 5th largest world economy.

If Cal. were leave Oregon and Washington would join them. IMO that won't happen.
