If you read the history, I believe that was a UN ACTION and UN cease fire. Pretty much the same list of appeasers as today(Security Council -1).

I recall a certain US General being removed because he wanted to eliminate the problem but Truman went along with UN wishes(so much for fear of the 'bear and dragon').

It does not matter how it started in 1951 you have had your troops there ever since and sanctions too so how about you try something else .
