The cliché answer is the long-awaited SETI@Home toaster. If you have poor CPU cooling you could probably make toast on that... for a short time.

Credits are for informational and/or entertainment purposes only, a metric of how many computations you have contributed. (One credit = 420 billion of them, by the way.)

The only known way of redeeming your SETI@Home credits is, as others have said, it to gain enough credits to b able to purchase the SETI@Home toaster. However nobody has yet attained enough credits, primarily because the "price" of the toaster is set to be a certain percentage greater than the highest individual credit total, and credits are not transferable between individuals, thus teams are unable to pool their credits to attain sufficient to afford a toaster.
