Utah had a fire and the smoke we could see high in the mountains 200 miles away. it was nice to open the window in the morning and see Pikes Peak snow caped in the morning. don't think I'll ever get to go back, the elevation was 8314 feet. SB-3 is for low and very low income people, and I think has to do with down payments, I'd just need about 81% down on one place, plus money for moving and utility deposits, and then as soon as escrow was over I'd be out of here... Aren't y'all glad ya don't live here? Oh and yes the a/c is running, as the a/c unit sees fit, set on 73F, and yes early in the morning the a/c actually reached that temp for a bit.
