I'm reading Dave Barry Turns 50, a little bit at a time in the loo. LOL!

Reminds me of the first Skrek movie. Are you reading it before using it as a “tp” substitute. Lol.

"Farewell to Arms", by Ernest Hemingway.

Believe it or not, I've not read this classic. So, within the next week, when the
soft edition is in hand, I should find out how relevant it is for today's world.

My lying United Snail mail, one letter said I was against something that I'm for, that and a pic of my dashboard of my car.

Did they think that it was the ICE version on which your car's body is based off?

Cheers.

I just finished the first short story in Stephen King's new You Like It Darker. The story is called “Two Talented Bastids." It wasn't very much like the traditional horror stories by King and I have to say I was a little disappointed. Maybe all the good stuff in his brain has been used up and now he's making use of the leftovers. :-D

No. I can hide in plain sight.

82 miles is the epa range, of course I'm not running with the intended tires as they have been discontinued by Bridgestone in the US.

I can see the proper Bridgestone EP150 tires in the UK or I could at great expense buy 4 Goodyear Integrity 185/55r15 82T SL tires, most of the tires that will fit are for ICE with 15 rims, Hankook Kinergy tires in my size cost less than the Goodyear's and importing the Bridgestone Ecopia BP150 185/55r15 82H tires from the UK would probably be prohibitive(£122.02ea or currently $155.45ea, I'm not going to ask as the shipping would make the tires even more expensive and the seller may not be able or want to ship the tires to me).

My current tires are Achilles ATR Sport 82V SL in 185/55r15 and 195/55r15 in the rear which gets me 3.0 miles a kw, the range was up to 59 today with 70 shown at the top of the meter.

Chevy put a 15x6.5" rim in the rear, the difference is minor, I could put 4 Momo Outrun M20 86H XL tires on the car which have a higher load rating of XL(1235lbs) instead of SL(1047lbs), but I have no idea how good they perform in a car like mine and they are cheap, $71.99ea for the Momo's vs $124.44ea for the Hankook's, the Goodyear's are more expensive still @ $154.44ea, the Bridgestone's are towards infinity in the price department at this point as I don't know if I could import them.

Stock tires on my car is 185/55r15 82T and 195/55r15 82T, the 6.5" rim can't be used on the front without a 5mm thick spacer or the tires will hit the struts.

Front tires on the Spark EV wear out quicker cause of the 327lbs of torque and the car is front wheel drive, 2014 had 400lbs torque, the Chevy Bolt has 266lbs of torque by comparison.

My car at 2,866.01lbs is about 474lbs heavier than the ICE version, the ICE version does 0-60mph in about 10.2 seconds, the EV version does that in 7.2 seconds.

The 474lbs is the EV's 18.4kw battery weight in the 2015 and 2016 models, the 2014 had an LFP 21.3kw battery that weighs 560lbs.
