I just re-read "Princess of Wands" & "Queen of Wands" by John Ringo I just finished a SF short story collection called "Cosmic Powers" edited by John Adams And "The Dispatcher" by John Scalzi (Old Man's War etal) I was trying to re-read an Urban Fantasy called "Demon Lover" but am going to be returning it to the Library unfinished. Gordon, Great minds... ;~) I actually forgot to name the book in my post. It is "Communication With Extraterrestrial Intelligence". ~Good book. Mr. Kevvy mentioned it recently, and I've been wanting to check it out, so I did. :~) It's an interesting book because really in the grand scheme of things, it feels like the book could have been written today, but it's nearly 50 years old. Finally finished my history of the Rio Grande Railroad (published in 1962, so there were 34 more years not covered). Think I'll start net on The Chicago L.
