It looks like I shall have a big Windows patch tomorrow at 4:15 so I have put NNT on all BOINC projects.

It's been a really long time since I've seen an empty task list. All of the WUs I've done on this rig have all validated. It's almost creepy.

http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/results.php?hostid=6392429

Even during that several months of the AP database needing re-working and we went like.. 3 months without new ones.. I still had a few pending WUs throughout all of that.

Whoa. We fell off of page 1 there. That's cause for panic all by itself!

Quick question: my memory is a tad fuzzy, but 8800GT (1gb) is good for ~3000 RAC under optimal mix of available work (not being in a shorty storm, etc), right? I ask because later this year, after 9 years of duty in my daily driver.. I'm probably retiring this 8800GT over to the single-core machine.

Question about the 8.12 atiapu Wu's. Can they work on a regular GPU or only on a APU?

So the atiapu Wu's don't have to be run only on a APU?

These days the on die APU is generally a cut down version of a low end standalone video card.
Being low end the application would run on most standalone cards of that architecture type without issue, although one released for the standalone card would run faster with the default installation without tweaking the settings.

Coulda been worse, wonder what happened? I expect the extended downtime was because of the holiday.
