Oh. That's look like Sweden. I was eating a pizza at a place some months ago and looked up and saw a man with a gun in his holster just in front of my table. Scary but i soon realized that is was only a hungry police officer that came in to order one pizza. |

Americans are waking to the fact that 'Executive Orders' are NOT laws. Only the Legislature can create a law.Like executive orders to build a wall? |

Keep in mind that the 2nd Amendment was not written to limit the people. It was written to limit government. "Shall not be infringed" means that the government must keep its grubby hands off the rights of the people. Pure and simple, if you can read and understand English as written, not as misinterpreted over the decades. Virtually all gun laws in this country, at all levels, are a violation of the 2nd Amendment. The 2nd Amendment says nothing about "guns". It uses the term "arms". And, repeaters had already been invented when the 2nd Amendment was voted into the Constitution. If we are to follow your "logic" then the use of computers for this discussion isn't protected. When you write a message to me using a quill pen, and delivered on horseback, then, and only then, can be start this discussion. |

Also set in stone is "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, ..." - the militia being the gun-bearers in question. Haven't heard much about them being well-regulated. A preparatory phrase. BTW, do you know the definitions of "well regulated" and "militia"? Your argument is invalid. |

And, repeaters had already been invented when the 2nd Amendment was voted into the Constitution. Still a flintlock and the entire production run was two guns. It is very possible none who wrote the amendment were even aware of its existence. |

Those, "thoughts and prayers", don't help at all. :-( Some action against the brain dead and mentally ill with their killing toys where as would. ;-) |

The 2nd Amendment is NOT about restricting firearms.......it's about restricting Government. "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

That second picture there shows the futility of assuming that guns offer some sort of defense... Those on the end of the muzzle have no chance regardless of what weapons they might have, they have no defense whatsoever. As is repeatedly catalogued in this very depressing thread. Far better and more healthy is for there to be a cultural shift away from guns. Simple? Only in the Wild West of the USA... Stay safe! I think many need to shoot their own feet. More guns for everyone. |
