Why cannot you hire a gun in the US?If you mean 'rent' a gun, you can at most shooting ranges. Including those much despised 'fully automatic' types. By the way.......fully automatic firearms are a HOOT to SHOOT! "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

Hehe:) I only read all the texts from your "meme". But since you mention "guns for rental". https://gunforhire.com/why-rent-guns/ Don't you guys have enough problem with all the registration of all the guns in your country. Heck. There is not even a central computer database where owner and license numbers of guns are stored. Only scanned PDF-files that take years to track. Unbelievable! |

Hehe:) I only read all the texts from your "meme". .....No..........we have a major problem with all the wingnuts that WANT everyone to register their guns........which is the first step to confiscation. Ask the Venezuelans, the Wiemar Republic Jews, the Nicaraguans, and every other oppressed people without the means to effectively resist or overthrow a tyrannical or despotic government who crushes out the 'Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness' in it's population for the good of ruler elite. They can't even VOICE their opinions without reprisal. And that started with we 'just want you to register your firearms'. An armed citizenry can be conquered but not without a potentially catastrophic loss for the oppressor. It makes it harder to just 'round em up' and 'ship em out'. Our Armed Forces protect us from foreign threats but only The People can stop the domestic variety. That was foreseen when the Constitution and Bill of Rights were drafted by our Founding Fathers. Freedom comes in many flavors around the world, we prefer ours as it is. "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

So you're saying that the U.S. is just like other 3rd world countries Eye? Apparently so. Of course if they want those free socialist militia bullets the government has to know what kind to buy. <ed>typo |

.....No..........we have a major problem with all the wingnuts that WANT everyone to register their guns........which is the first step to confiscation.Ok (I guess). But it's OK to register driving licences for every US drivers that are stored in central databases? Oh. Your Founding Fathers was not aware of any cars when your Constitution was written. |

Just like having the privilege of holding a drivers license holding a shooters license and owning a firearm should be the same, a privilege and not a way out of date right. There are far to many idiots over there now for it not to be a stupid right anymore. |

Why are voters not required to prove who they are at the polls? You need a Government issued license to drive but not to vote? Two sides to every story. And yes Wiggie, I'm choosing to ignore your posts as they are usually personal and irrelevant to the discussion. "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

Now how hard or difficult is it to get an ID card or driving license in the US? Without an ID card or driving license how do you manage to have contacts with a bank or IRS? |

Less we forget :( It's been 5 years since the unthinkable tragedy at # SandyHook. Since then: # of gun deaths = 170,000 # of mass shootings = 1,700 # of moments of silence = 40 # of bill passed to reduce # gunviolence = 0 https://www.kveller.com/heres-what-families-sandy-hook-victims-had-to-say-5-years-later/ |

Less we forget.....How many babies murdered at Planned Murderhood since Sandy Hook.... As per current law, most recently BAIPA 2002: Zero, that we know of. If you disagree with this, change the law. |

With all respect due you Mr Leigh Hatch, I was pointing out the hypocrisy of ending a child's life in a school being illegal but ending that same child's life in a Planned Murderhood facility is not........ As to changing the law Mr Kevvy......that is WELL underway with the SCOTUS confirmations so far under President Trump. Since the opposition weaponized the court system they can now feel the power of that weapon turned against them. SCOTUS is the primary reason I voted for Trump, his economic and immigration policies are just a bonus. I don't care for the man personally and would probably not invite him to dinner, but I support his policies 100%. "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |
