So frustrating! :( I posted something to Manchester (from London) via Royal Mail a few years ago. When I rang up their track and trace service, there was a long silence and then an embarrassed cough before the man on the other end said: "I'm not sure how to tell you this - but it's just been loaded onto a plane to Berlin. Don't worry, now we know it was a mistake, when it lands in Germany, we'll fly it back." Fortunately, the person waiting for their cheque in Manchester thought it was so funny they were prepared to wait for it to eventually arrive. But post going missing is not funny at all really, so I hope it's resolved soon! oh...and did we say we like humans too? Well we do :) ID: 1741806 ·
