Best I douln't tell you what the old profession was about.
I am hired to silently do the same.
I am not so silent///.
Or as arrogant.
I simply go about doing as I am hired to do.
Not mine to say whether it is wrong or right.
I am simply the hired one.
And if he price if right, I go about my business.
You should as well, if I were you.

I have built my craft on others like yourselves//.

And I thought it was the traditionally the Swiss that yodelled in the mountains?

No. Not only. There are many in Bavaria, Tyrol and south Tyrolia that do yodelling as well.
Perhaps even in Slovenia.
But still. US are yodelling more:)

Burl Ives.
The buzzin' of the trees.
And the blue tail fly.
NO, I am not linking on the fly.
The pony kicked and he did pitch.
Against my will I was forced to ditch.
So no more links, you sons of bitch.
Your loss, just makes it easier for me.

One of the best tributes to one of those that I have treasured the most.
And I have viewed many since her passing.

Puff is still alive. At least in my heart, he is.
Only Paul, if I am correct, still is the surviving soul of that trio that brought so much joy to so many.

If you can grasp this..................
I never grew up. I never wish to.
And some of you may never want to realize that I shall be a child forever.
That is where I wish to remain, and can forever be, in my little mind.
Puff shall forever be my guide.
Please be gentle upon my soul. For I know no other way.
Some of you understand. Some of you certainly do not.
It is not my intent to 'convert' you in any fashion.
You may wish to travel with me, or we can part ways.
It is YOUR choice, really.
Follow along as best you can, hold my hand if you are able to.
I can run very fast, so it can be difficult to keep up.
What wonders I see every day upon my journeys.
I try to share them as fast as they go, but not always possible.
Sometimes you just have to fill in the blanks.
If that does not work for you, just put me in the ignore bank, tell me to go to hell, whatever it is that works for you.
BTW, Puff had nothing to do with the weed,
Puff was a simple childhood dream, filled with innocent thoughts.

This album remains as one of the world's best.
Here it is.
Of how we fought, and how we've paid.
This is now as old as dirt itself.
And just as basic as it gets.
I own a first release copy of it.
I happened to be a friend of a most enlightened friend who owned a record store back in the day.
And he broke many things to me before they were known to the rest of the world.
Gabe at that record store, rest his soul, passed on so many years ago.
But he had contacts at Warner Brothers. And could tell me about things.
He took me close to his side one day, and said.................
You must buy several copies of this one, for you will wear out several.

And, as I get older, I am appreciating Hello In There more every day.

If you read all of the comments on the Floyd clip, you are not the first to find a resemblance.
Not sure without doing some research which came first, but without looking, I'll bet it was Prine.

Prine is definitely the first by about 10 years.
I think Roger Waters should change the lyric.

It's not dark yet.
But, it's gettin' there.
