long time viewer, first time caller...no flame pls ;-}been doing this since screensaver only days!current daily driver,win 7 ultimate 64 sp1 fully updated, asrock fm2a85x extreme 6(junk),a10-5800k(tn-a1)locked @4.2,corsair h75 clc,khx 2400 cl11 2x4gb,SAPPHIRE 100364L Radeon R9 270X 2GB 256-Bit,pcpowerandcooling silencer 610 eps,antec 1650 case,fans everywhere I could stick'em(like a 120mm over waterblock to cool vrms and ram-ect)..I can not get the r9 to run at over 60% utilization,the igpu would run flatout,checked all configs(local/global...not only beast in fleet)the card never crests 49 c...not throttling and only mild oc(set to stock does same thing)and card fans locked to 95%... any thoughts...next Q...is there a way to run igpu and r9 at same time with differents packets on each? hate leaving that much hp(to me...hey been at this long time...(think slot pIII 450&440bx) on the table(running on aib now only..see above)...thanks !

and will turn igpu dram share up if can return to productivity(768-1gig..open to input..willing to give up said)...forgot..ram still set to 2133 stable w/semi tight timings and 1.65v(xpm'll set'em 1.6...they/mem controller no like..1.65v happier)could mem oc kill amd-v...just fishin'?

Your built-in AMD GPU is not used. By default BOINC only uses the best GPU, if you want to use more than that you'll have to tell it to do so via the <use_all_gpus> option in the cc_config.xml file.

So open up Notepad and add into it:

<use_all_gpus>1</use_all_gpus>

</cc_config>

In Notepad click File->Save as...
Make sure the Encoding says ANSI.
Click the Save as type drop down menu and choose "All files (*.*)"
Put the path to the BOINC Data directory, in your case to D:\boinc data\
Click Save.

Next exit BOINC (open BOINC Manager->File->Exit BOINC Manager, check "Stop running tasks when exiting the BOINC Manager"->OK), and restart it again (normally Start->All Programs->BOINC->BOINC Manager).

If done as given above, this will make sure that BOINC will now use both AMD GPUs. The restart of the client is needed, because GPU detection decisions are only done at the client's start. A simple "Read config files" doesn't do anything here.

had to set cpu to 3.8(stock base) from 4.0 and undervolt but seems to work...did have 2 hardstops but could be this pos asrock mb( and reason for clock drop and undervolting)..
