I thank all of your for your recognition.
What could I have had for the money?
New car, new house. But,both of the old ones still serve me just fine.
It would appear that this............our common project, is more important to me and so I allocate time and money to it as I see fit. You should hear the roar of the computers in the background............LOL.

It has been a long road, and not done just yet/.
I still have some crunchers on the project, none other.
My kitties are passing away, but I think I have a few more years left to snoopervise this thing to it's end or mine.

Just over a hundredth of your output! Hit 9M today. Wish I had more compute power and electric bill paying ability! Congratulations on an herculean effort.

I just popped the 1M after 2.5 months of my most intense crunching ever!

That brings me into the top 3.5% ...but on this page,
there's only 1 person with a SETI contribution lower than mine! doh [blush]
At least now I can add Ageless (with 3.27M) on my 2016 milestone radar (since he's crunching mostly on other projects)

Congrats on all for your personal milestones.

My next one soon to come is: top 50,000 contributors @ ~ 1.15M

Cheers,

My new milestone is 707,772 cobblestones collected since August 2000. This is a bittersweet milestone because it will be my final. With the burnout of this latest machine (Secondary fan that is one piece with the motherboard is pretty much dead. As it stands, I was lucky to find a new XP legacy machine.), I am leaving the crunching behind. My Vista machine is only a backup server and any other machine isn't going to be a machine that I'm going to be doing any crunching with.

I wish all of you well and hope that the Arecibo observatory continues functioning (Has anyone thought about dropping Jodie Foster a line? Celebrity endorsements do have an oversized impact on public perception.) but this is the end of the road for me.

Happy crunching all!!!

I seem to have reached my billionth gollum point overnight. But no fancy new toaster in this morning's mail...

My 'candy store' project is GPUGrid, but at least they also credit me with contributing the data for 15 published scientific papers.

Now that's interesting! Perhaps if m$, google, NSA etc considered accreditation for their data mining, they might encounter less public opposition LMAO.

My main cruncher made it into the top 5 hosts. The last 2 weeks of crunching non-stop while I am vacation helped. Bad news is that I woke this morning to email from my UPS. There were several power outages from the Typhoon that passed south of Taiwan and brought heavy rain. One outage was over 1 hour, which is more than the capacity of my UPS's, so all three systems lost power and will be down until I return home in 6 days. RAC is already falling...

Congratulations to all those and their milestones since my last visit to this thread. :-)

My contribution to the project has now passed 130 million cobblestones. :-D

Cheers.

Had a weak hope that my main cruncher would make it into the top 20 hosts, but that goal seems out of Reach, as the rac for the host have lost it's steady Climb, and now flattened out.
Almost hit the goal thogh... as the host peaked at 21st Place.

Have a New goal, Reach 10 million stones this year.

I think i made it to the top 20 list of hosts.
Only drawback is that i have no way of knowing for sure since my host is not visible in the rank 1-20 or 21-40. The host in spot 20 and 21 is the same host, and it's RAC is just below the rac of my host.... so, i assume that i have a spot in the top 20.

Then it's the goal of 10 million this year left.

A kind of a milestone: All my GPUS(4) seem to do guppies in under 250 seconds.

EDIT: Oh no! Some take just over 300 s/task.
