I actually got a bit brassy one night and emailed Willie.
Asked him if he would let me marry his sister Bobbie...
His response came back sooner than I expected.
He said.............
"Son, you seem a bit young for her, but if she would have ya, I would not object.
It's time that she had a proper man in her life. That is my sister you are proposing to. Make sure you are up to the task, because I carry pistols if you break her heart."

I never did try to contact her after that exchange. Not that I could not have taken things seriously, but after that admonishment, I got a bit more skeered.
It's been twenty years since that exchange.
I got Lori now, and although I still have a respect for Bobbie, I get torn as usual between here and there.

Don't, please think me a cad. I am not.
Just a man who's heart has for all of his life, been torn in too many directions.

These were real problems in my life, and I hope you understand that.

She is a very controlling person, and that clashes at times with my own personna.

Yeah, well...........
I spend hours and sometimes days pursuing little bits of the internet, ya know.
I find some things that nobody else does.
It is at times, a rewarding hobby. I find things, I see things that few others do.
What I think I find most rewarding is some of the stuff I pull up from around my birthtime, back in '57 or so. It is kinda neat to see what was going on as my life only started.
