Of course. The use the Chyrillic alphabet and Thinks that's enough.
At least when I was a conscript in the Signal Corps many decades ago.

Это woud помочь, если некоторые здесь выучил английский язык первый :- ))

woud is not a Russian Word:)
I Think you mean the English Word "Would". бы in Russian.
Otherwise it was correct.

Chris. Try again.
It would help if some here have learned English first

Back to Russia.
The Russian embassy note to the Swedish paper Svenska Dagbladet and adressed to our goverment was translated with Googles. They first wrote it in English then used the translator.

Next door to the Russian embassy in Stockholm is Dagens Nyheter. The source I use mostly when speaking about Russia. Had lunch there once.

Perhaps London should invest in the 'Denver Boot', a little invention that gets the parking ticket scofflaws attention.

The owners must pay ALL outstanding fines to get it removed and each day that goes by earns another fine. A LOT cheaper than towing.

If a vehicle is causing an obstruction worthy of a ticket, then immobilising it with a clamp does not help the situation.

Police in America are not stupid, obstructions are OBVIOUSLY removed. The 'Boot' is used when repeat offenders are parked on the street or in a lot. Works better in a pay lot as $6 an hour for parking can add up.

Russian magazine puts President Vladimir Putin being licked by a bear on cover
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/russian-magazine-puts-president-vladimir-putin-being-licked-by-a-bear-on-cover-10096528.html
Wearing a black suit and appearing next to a bunch of colourful flowers, the image of Putin is accompanied with a caption that reads: "Happy March 8, girls!"
The unusual issue is reportedly in celebration of International Women's Day

The Finn Jarmo's relative from Russia Volodya comes to an unwanted visit in his Sauna Club.
She talks about how Russians are drinking vodka and how to treat bears.

Finns are saying "We shut the door so as not to let the Russians in."
And "In Finland we only laugh once per day. Haa. Now it's done"
