Hehehe have you lot quite finished?

@ Ian - you little stirrer you :-)

We call them slip roads because they are roads that are used to allow vehicles to slip seamlessly into mainstream traffic, by matching the speed of that traffic.

Slip roads

We call them ramps because that's what they are, not what they do.

Methinks a good dose of chill pills all round would be rather useful.

After you, sir.

I agree with a few other posters here that, whilst I do possess a certain modicum of patience, I run totally out of it whilst driving amongst idiots.

Merging at half highway speed and sitting and staring at left turn arrows are among my most irritating, but by no means the only examples.

Well I can have a temper, but I think I am mostly a patient person. One thing I hate are stupid drivers. Today on my way home, three cars ran a red light. Yes it is a big street, so they may have just made it, when it turned yellow, just not in time when it hit green for us.
Same idiots wait up to the last minute to merge.

I was at a left turn arrow today. And I was behind a snail human hybrid. I swear this guy was just ideling around the corner. And then he was doing 20 MPH in 40 MPH zone.
So now ive encounterd the Turtle hybid and Snail hybid humans behind the wheel. IM actually afraid of what next hybrid I might encounter.

I could post a rant about that here too. Only one in my neck of the woods here in Stockton, sure were a Pita in Germany in 2004.

It's not the cars that piss me off at times, it is the DRIVERS that drive like a Prius.

Detroit went way back into the shithole back around '79, and since then has only created crap cars.

There is some hope that they have finally come to their senses........but the only thing that gets publicity these days in some silly ass high horsepower hijinx that the average man cannot afford to buy.

I mean, like, a 1000 hp Camaro. Fine, build me a 350hp version that the average Joe could afford. They are missing the point totally at times, and the Japs are taking full advantage of that fact.

Lori's stock box 'truck'... Her box. Her boxtop little truck.
Her dang stock box Jap truck is NOT a bad vehicle.
A Nissan Rouge...ugly as sin, but a great grocery getter.

It sux, but it works.

Not going to happen. The BBC pulled in ~£150 Million in 2012 for sales and rights for Top Gear, worldwide.

Top Gear is becoming a motor-based version of Last of the Summer Wine, and that ran for 37 years.
