Though running for most of the day I have received no credit for work done. Currently I am only working on Setiathome and using V7. Any help would be gratefully received. |

You are receiving credit, but due to a server problem figures are not being exported to the external stats sites. Check on your account here and you will see you have received over 400 credits in the last 2 days. A good place to look for any info on problems is in the number crunching forum and the "panic mode" thread http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=75931#1589437 Currently it is not known when the problem will be fixed, but when that happens all you credit will appear on the external stats sites again. |

Merging BOINC accounts isn't possible. You can also only add just one Classic account to your BOINC account as a memento. If BOINC Manager shows a difference in credits for Seti@Home from your account, then you will have two accounts. You can log off the forums with the log out option in the top right corner, then try to log back in again, but choose the "forgot password" routine (blue letters). That will explain to you how you can log in to the forums using your project's account key. Then check there which email address is used, you can set a new password, etc. Do know that the unique identifier used a BOINC projects is the email address. You can only register one time with it. So do check for typos, if they seem the same. As for posting email addresses in readable form, only do so if you don't mind the spam bots to register it. |
