The sun was shining, then it turned dark and bucketed down. The rain has stopped but the chill that crept in has stayed. ![]() Member of the People Encouraging Niceness In Society club. ![]() |

Right now it's 62F in sunny Philly Towne, beautiful day outside. But, as in all good things it will not last. Weather Channel and local TV stations are forecasting a Nor' easterner for Tuesday night into Wednesday with temps dropping as soon as tomorrow. If dues snow the cold weather will be in place before it gets here. Still too far away to get any numbers yet, but the local channels have been talking about for the last week. So, it will be either we bite the bullet and get pounded with snow, or the storm will go out to sea and we just have to put up with the wind. This season has given us the 2nd snowest (67+ inches) in history, who knows we might be lucky/unlucky enough to top the all time 76+ in 2009. ![]() ![]() I don't buy computers, I build them!! |

Snow falls again in Chicago, more on the way: 'It's not over yet' More snow is expected tomorrow for most or all of northern Illinois and northwest Indiana, says National Weather Service meteorologist David Beachler. |

It's been raining here all day with the occasional thunderstorm and it doesn't look like this weather is finished with us yet. Cheers. |

Snow falls again in Chicago, more on the way: 'It's not over yet' No snow, today maybe?? While it may be officially spring, the third-snowiest winter on record in Chicago isn't quite finished. Up to 1 inch of snow expected tonight edited |

While it may be officially spring, the third-snowiest winter on record in Chicago isn't quite finished. I got about 1/3". However, the current temperature is only 26F. (F in this case stands for frickin', as in "It's only 26 frickin' degrees out on March 25th???!!!") Got a bit of drizzle this evening. Weather guessers say we'll get up to 1/2 an inch Wednesday-Thursday, and lots of snow in the Sierras. Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

While it may be officially spring, the third-snowiest winter on record in Chicago isn't quite finished. LOL, I ghet the fricking part:) We just got some snow, A dusting but it still stinks. They are saying that the winds will come over lake Ontario and give us some more lake effect snow for Wednesday. But our weather guessers are saying some time Wednesday night the wind will shift and it will start to warm up. By Thursday we should be in the high 40's. All I can say its about freaking time too. This has got to be the longest, coldest and almost snowiest year Ive seen in a long time. ![]() Old James |

Clear blue skies and cold @ 2°C I wish it was that warm. We are above freezing, though, just barely. 33F/0.6C. Warmer tomorrow, but a lot of rain moving in. Bouncing temps for the next few days.
