It would be beer o'clock as soon as I get home, after leaving work 11 minutes from now, if I liked beer. Instead, I'll probably have water. Perhaps root beer with dinner again.

BTW, your spam flight when getting into SFO might be a little hard as of the 28th to the sept 3rd to go to UCB, the bay bridge will be closed to make the change over to the new bridge. :)) It's been about 10 years in the making.

Is it smart or dumb to do that on a holiday weekend?

The word is dumb, it was a real hens nest for the 5 days and now it isn't much better since everyone wants to take pictures on the bridge. I was in San Francisco from before until today, the 2 other bridges were packed and also had work days in here too.

I went to the store there and the first time I seen spam with about 5 or 6 flavors so you could give the pilot a choice of cans to eat. :)) With so many fires going on here you could offer hot dogs on the stop over. :))

Beer o' clock in 9 hours...

I got hooked on a few new beers, one is triple IPA but the double version is good too. The triple is 10% alc and the double is 9% alc, they have plenty more but weaker down to 5%. Two triples will give you a bit of a buzz since they are 22 fl oz. :))

Going to take one on now.

COSTCO usually sells the regular New Castle brown ale; however, they are now selling something new!!! New Castle Bombshell; a blond ale.

I bought two cases, (24 bottles), at about $0.70 per bottle! It tastes great, too!

COSTCO usually sells the regular New Castle brown ale; however, they are now selling something new!!! New Castle Bombshell; a blond ale.

I bought two cases, (24 bottles), at about $0.70 per bottle! It tastes great, too!

I did find the New Castle yesterday but didn't get any but I will try it soon. I have been drinking Ninkasi Tricerahops double IPA which to me is very good but the Anderson Valley Brother David's Double and triple Abby style ale is really good also.
