Brewed especially for us, by several of the foremost Belgian brewers, who are sworn to secrecy over their involvement. I have to admit to preferring warm, flat English ales - because I grew up with them - but these specials are very palatable. May I pour you one? Please do. I have to admit we have some of the best beers in the world. My favourite is the Westvleteren. It's a very rare beer and you can only get it in the abbey itself. Needless to say the kitchen staff themselves are glad not to be faced with cooking in the current temperatures...
