No it isn't. The world was already awake to terrorism but is also aware of the fact that the only purpose of terrorists is to instill TERROR and in doing so get their target to defeat themselves with more SECURITY, restriction of FREEDOM, paralyze them with FEAR/TERROR hence the name TERRORIST.

Call to Arms against WHO? Terrorists aren't capable of defeating the USA using coventional means so they set you up to destroy yourselves. Mr Bush (and I still believe that bushes should be on the outside of the Whitehouse)is using that fear to pursue his own agenda.

Your fear of terrorism is far greater than the true threat. WAKE UP USA before you are isolated from the rest of the world and end up seeing enemys everywhere and maybe even set us all on the road to a war that is unthinkable.

I find that offensive, we have had more than our fair share. Not to mention that the IRA gets most of their funding from the USA.
