It's odd whatever it is. The drop off in uploads i'd expect, just as a result of the drop off in download traffic. The amount of upload traffic is what i'd expect if only uploads were going through, but mostly they're not. I had about 50 queued up for upload. About 40 of them just went through while typing this, one after the other. Now none of the remaining ones are even starting to upload. Whole batches go through with no problem at all and at a good speed, then 40+ all get stuck & take several retries each before they go through & they upload quite slowly.
