Hmmm... It's right there at the bottom of my main account page... Maybe it changes after you make a donation. Perhaps the system has no record of a donation by you. Or there is a catch-22 in the code that is making it impossible to unhide a star once it has been hidden unless you make a new donation. Well that didn't work either, unless it has to go through some kind of update cycle. I ticked every donation listed as anonymous, and my star is still there. I'll have to inquire as to how that system works to see if it is supposed to be an immediate change or requires some time to take, just as it takes some time for a first time donor to receive their star. Star went away. And all that changed on my account page is the no changed to yes. I hit click here to change again and was able to untick all the donations from anonymous status. Star should reappear shortly. So, I am suspecting the problem is that the system has no record of any donations by you, so it does not display the option of making them anonymous.
