Once I almost got killed while descending the Komarca trail in the Valley of the Seven Lakes in the Triglav National Park. It was the most dangerous trail I ever saw and a Slovenian student of mine at Trieste Area Science Park told me that the Slovenian Alpine Club wanted to forbid it, but the owners of the Gostilna at its base wanted nothing of that kind. So if you survive it you can get a palacinka.

This is a castle in Northern Italy being restored. Its owner, a Marquis, was knighted by Emperor Fredrick I, called "Barbarossa" in Italy, who once destroyed Milano. Name the place and the name of the castle.
