When I load my seti client it says it is using seti@home version 4.02 (even though I am using Boinc Version 4.13).

How do I acquire and change the version of seti@home to 4.07 to run with the above Boinc version?

Is the following URL correct to set for Project URL with Seti Control.

http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/

Thanks for your help.

I am using a B&W with a G4 processor ZIF upgrade, Seti Control 3.01 and the latest Boinc specfic software provided

Mac OS/X 10.3+ 4.13 2004-10-13

Hi, Kenn.

Version 4.07 is only for PCs - us Mac users are still using 4.02. When the Mac version eventually gets updated, you won't have to do anything. After it's released, the next time your Mac goes to the server to download more work units, it'll also download the updated version of the SETI software as well.

Thanks,

It just seemed that the Boinc site advised that the newest 4.07 was for Mac as well, though now in retrospect it seems to indicate that it is only prepartory for Mac.

I also asked this question somewhere else and was told it was for pcs. They did give the following link:

http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/apps.php

It tells what the latest client version is for each platform.
