Not applicable in where if the right is occupied, try the left.
If the left is occupied, try the median.
If the median is occupied, try the sidewalk...

Applies perfectly to UK motorways. Do 70mph in the outside lane and they overtake on the inside doing 80mph !

If you are doing 70 in the outside lane and there is space so that you can be undertaken you are in the wrong lane.

OK, it's Judging time!

Third place goes to: HAL for his "does not apply in California - NO ONE drives slow (except on freeways)" Sorry, HAL: (BTW, are you an IBM degrade?) see my explanation below.

Second place goes to the always funny James Sotherden for his "Hey Gomer! Your other right!"

and (TA DA!) the winner is:

Steven Meyer for:
"Not applicable in (Mexico} where if the right is occupied, try the left.
If the left is occupied, try the median.
If the median is occupied, try the sidewalk..."

which is true...

PM being dispatched...

This is a poster (A4 size) that I have placed on my pick-up's right (passenger) side. There are far too many drivers in my state (and yes, that is California that drive 55 or less, and do it in lanes other than the slow lane. On I-880, (from Oakland to San Jose) for example, big-rig trucks routinely use the # 3 lane (of 4) as their lane of choice. The big-rig drivers do this even where the car speed limit is 65. (Their limit is 55...) As a big-rig driver myself, this bothers me!

and yes, there is a clever poster on the left side, too! (next win, maybe...)
.

Hello, from Albany, CA!...
