I win. I got DSL, but when the boys play online games, mom suffers.

I have DSL too, It's that or Dial-up(yuck) or maybe TW Cable(Double Yuck). :o

Right now "Men in Black II" is on TV(My PC for the moment) on 139(TBS) on Dish Network.

Not interested in CATV. DSL is essential though.

I just put Blurf to bed--he got absolutely hammered at the wedding when his brothers started doing shots (which he doesn't usually do)...

He told me to tell you he always wins and he'll be on tmrw once his head stops spinning

Getting hammered is OK as long as you don't drive or take it out on anyone else.

We'll see him tomorrow.

But tomorrow he will feel so bad, he will wish his head was spinning. A little hair of the dog will help (Bloody Mary usually) and two tylenol with two Ibuprofin at the same time. Then in another 24 hours he will feel pretty much normal.

AND NO SHOUTING TOMORROW. BLURF'S HEAD WILL SEEM LIKE IT IS THE SIZE OF A WATERMELON!

That depends on just how blasted he got.

Love to, but unfortunately for Blurf, I haven't gotten that drunk in about 30 years.

No, me and Angela win!

Is each of you going to make half a post and claim a half donkey niw?

Hang over remedies:
1) The remedy for a hang over is an additional liver to filter out the poison.

2) If one isn't available, extra sleep and lots of Gatorade.

3) If that can't be arranged then blaring rap music and bright flashing lights are an option.

4) If that doesn't work then being dropped in a hot war zone with bad guys shooting at you usually does the trick PDQ.

Note that many remedies are a version of 3. They are intended to be so bad to endure that your forget about the hang over. 4 causes a massive adrenaline spike in addition.

1) No one is born with more than 1 liver, usually at least.
2) Sleep I can do, If I get 6 hours a night I'm lucky, As to Gatorade, yuck.
3) Sorry I'm not a fan of rap, I only have florescent lights here.
4) Hot war zone, Hmm, No thanks, I trained for It once about 30 years ago, If It was within 600M(about 656 yards) I could kill It with 1 shot(moving or not), toss a grenade(and not kill Myself), wear a gas mask or camouflage face paint, crawl under barbed wire and yep I even learned how to maintain an M16 rifle, But I'm not a soldier, My heart was never really in It of course, Today I have an honorable discharge, a medal(Marksman), dog tags, some memories and that's It.

But since I've never been drunk I'll leave It at that.

1) Transplant surgery. I admit a bit extreme, but if you are a lush you are going to need it at some point ...
2) They make sleeping pills. And you might want to alternate the Gatorade with water. Have someone roust you and pour it down your throat every hour.
3) Who said you were supposed to be a fan of the music. The more you dislike it the better. Of course you have to buy the strobe lights before you get a hangover. I didn't say it was easy.
4) I fully respect anyone and everyone who was in the service. There is something about hearing an AK-47 being fired in your specific direction that makes you forget about a hangover.

As to me being drunk, I start getting the hang over at about the half a drink point. It is all that clean living. I have acquaintances who are friends of Bill Wilson though.

So we have to be very quiet today so we don't bother Blurf too much. His head is going to be very bad today.

WIN!
