Me too, hit mine on May 26th, can't believe it's been 10 years. I plan to give it another decade at least.

Ten years (plus) for me too. Started crunching BOINC Nov 2004, so I've made the 5-year club for that.

It's been a while since I started this, and just read all of the posts. Congrats to each and everyone of you. Oh and I still have the PII I started crunching with. I use it and the attached thermaltake HSF as a paper weight. Way to go everyone. I am really glad to be apart of this along with each of you.

Just had to say it somewhere....

10 years of non-stop SETI, and still running my original machine (with a few more now as well)

Its had its ups and downs, but it's still fun.

Well, unhide that original machine so we can see it. Gotta respect only 35 posts in 10 years (ok, 4 years since new Boinc) ... I'm sure many wish I kept that disciplined when posting here :-)

It's an old Panasonic CF-45 laptop P2-450 that is only running SETI & Einstein - too slow for Astropulse WUs, and I'm using it to connect to a laser printer that I don't want to move to a different room, from my home network. Actually running XP SP3, but I have BOINC stop with any activity, otherwise the unit will get the swine flu.

Few posts except a few questions, but I do enjoy reading them now and then.

I'm specially proud of the 18,000 some odd SETI Classic WU's, that I can't get to show up in a signature (Boincsynergy shows it, but for some reason doesn't show SETI anymore). If you know of one, let me know.

Thanks for the comment.

Mundayweb has them, lots of project-selection and formatting options, too. Unlike some of the stats-sites, though, you have to register there to get a sig.

Finally made it :>)

10 years today.
Seems like forever since that Pentium II 200-mmx Compaq Armada crunched the first WU. (took @ 5 days IIRC )

Remember the VP of Sales walking by my cube at the end of day, saw the Seti screensaver running w/ all the pretty colors & had the look of WTH? on his face.

Lol, he knew he didn't want to know.

Good times :P~

Hello thar’:
This is the day I was looking for; I am officially in the ten year club! Yes it has been a long hard struggle, but here I am still standing, still believing in the program, still waiting to have the opportunity to answer the big question; “Stay here, I will be glad to act as your ambassador to the leaders of the human race. The fee will be…..” Well you get the idea. Just think, if the real aliens are not meat eaters, what they could have to trade with us.
So I say; “Well done,” to all the other members, and thank you for allowing me to be accepted in to your company.

10 years, 1 month, and 1 day for me.

I didn't even realize it until today. My where has the time gone?

And to think, my g/f thinks I'm nuts. Heck, you look at this, and it should show her I'm reliable, steady, and not afraid of committment! lol

Here's to another 10 years ...or more!!!

Happy Crunching!
