I thought the trial was going pretty well for them so far.

"Two days into The Pirate Bay trial, it looks as though the file-sharing site may come away victorious, despite many odds. Half of the charges brought against the bit torrent file sharing Web site have been dropped. Gone are the charges that The Pirate Bay has assisted in copyright infringement." PC World

im thinking they will be asking for peoples ip addresses who have gone to site in the past....

Wow all their trackers are timing out, so are PRQ's (owned by TPB) and even H3Q.
