HELP: Compute error

my two tasks falled, because of "Compute error". Their outcome were "Client error", and had "claimed credit", but no "granted credit". what should I do to restart the two tasks. THANKS! |

You can't restart them. They've been uploaded and reported already by your computer and will be sent out again to other computers. You will of course not get credit for them, since they're errors. |

The first Work Unit, another cruncher had an error too. Is too bad, looks like you were almost done that AP task. |

The first Work Unit, another cruncher had an error too. Is too bad, looks like you were almost done that AP task. I have checked that wingman, he has errored out ALL his AP WUs (quite a lot) and probably hasn't noticed yet, or at least hasn't asked for help. |

thanks. I just felt pity that I can not finish these tasks, one was almost done. I'm a bio-researcher, so do not know much about the tech. of computer. Just wanna join SETI with my little personal efforts. |
