Will it be possible to run seti@home on ATI gpu's anytime soon?

Not unless/until:
Either ATI joins in and starts using CUDA (fat chance, they're using their own Streaming SDK).

Or BOINC gets separate ATI support and ATI starts porting over the applications.

So far there hasn't been much in the works.
