I wouldn't think so since Biden is "elected" to VP. And I would hope this is the case, or you can say hello to President Pelosi.

I suggest we all read the Constitution. If it happens before the votes are counted in the House the House will decide the next President. If it happens in between the vote count in the House and the oath of office I believe the 25th covers that and it is Biden. It won't happen after the oath or it will tear the country apart worse than Watergate.

It also isn't clear who he has to prove it to. It may just be the House. If so it is a done deal.

In any case it is time for each of the fifty to require a certified copy along with the candidacy papers to get on the ballot so we never have to go through this again.

Why is Obama so secret about his birth documents?
When he visited is grandmother in Hawaii, he stopped the state from releasing anymore documents.
If he gets elected his adminisration will be more secret than what democrats have claimed Bush's has.

Palin was vetted. The media is vetting everyone except Obama.
They even went after Joe the plumber.

I doubt you are from Illinois then, because he was vetted for his involvement with Rezko (sp?) and a few other questionable dealings, and this is where he hails from currently.

As if the National Guard (judicial), the Police (legislative), and the Armed Forces (executive) aren't enough? What about the FBI, swat teams, etc? Is he saying that SOME citizens with guns will have the power of law? Do you trust your neighbor and human nature that much?

I can't believe people were cheering when he said that. They know not what they do. He's planning to tear down this country, and I can't stand to watch. To quote Queen Amidala: "This is how our democracy ends...with cheers and applause."
