When normal people thinking about nudism,they will think that these activity is kind of idealewd,impurity,adultery and mental defective,they cannot accept especialy for an Muslim community.For an Asian,i was think that it is no as mentality weakness activity at all,it is based on the concept from different people,think about it,when you are nude in front of people,you will be shy when the bystander is think unnormal,Instead if not.A nudist will think that this kind of activity is normal and naturaly(except the person who are "Prostitutes"sex dealing),a nudist must have the heathly-mind ,moral outlook and sex educated.Nude when you sleep is heathly based on science knowledge,all kind of the life in the world doesn't having any clothing because they no needs,but why we do so?Because our body is needed for protection and need clothing but remember,this does not mean that a nudism is unacceptable,these can saving energy for less clothing to be wash and the use of Detergent that is enviroment unfriendly,also remove away stress,benefits our life.We nude when sleeping,bathing or exercise(sound exciting !!)Or course,but we must controlable and prevent that kind of activity in front of children,and then,a nudist must have a special place for them or in the home by individual .

There is nothing wrong with nudism as long as it's being practiced in places and areas, e.g. beaches and camps, where it doesn't offend others, who don't want to see other people naked. Showing your private parts to people, who are not accustomed to the philosophy behind nudism, is indecent exposure.

The increasing problems with pedophilia can be a problem those places because of the exposed nude children. I don't know how they handle this in those circles where they practice nudism, and with this also for their children.

Being nude in private places, as in your home and on your private property is of no concern to others.

I certainly won't practice outdoor nudism at the latitude where I live. Only when there's a heat wave! The rest of the time, brrrrrr.....

And no, I am not naked right now writing this...

Being nude in private places, as in your home and on your private property is of no concern to others.

Depends if your windows are uncovered and people can see you from the street. Every once in a while something like that will make the news and legal privacy issues will arise.

I will add something: Have you realized that all (almost all) people practicing nudism are in good shape and fit? What I mean is there are very few of them who are fat/overweight......This makes me think about it and say that nudism is a way to express yourself and make others know you are healthy and that you feel comfortable the way you are right now.
I bet most of us would not mind taking our clothes out when we are healthy, in shape and fit for some extra exercise. I guess, that´s why most nudist clubs and organizations at the beginning of this movement had their activities in the country, enjoying Nature as it is, without too much human artificial influence.
I can tell you: it is a crazy feeling running along a lonesome beach at midnight completely nude stepping in and out again of the water!!! ( during my High School period)
Now I prefer to swimm in a swimming pool:it is safer, cleaner.

Clothing equates to a bear's coat, or an armadillo's shell. Without clothes, cold temperatures and cactus spines are much more difficult to deal with.

I have no problem with being naked in some (safe) circumstances, but in everyday life there are too many things that you can bump up against and be scratched, burned or bruised. Shoes, gloves, long pants and hats all provide protection from environmental threats.

Then there's the fact that in cultures where clothing is commonly used, nakedness is often a sexually arousing act. This is not true in certain tropical areas where nudity is the norm; but the reality of this psychological effect can not be ignored.

Wearing good and high-class clothing is in most cultures a sign of wealth and an established/solide status quo of the owner/holder, a goal in Life. It is a way to say to others that you have a good job/payment and that basic needs are solved and covered. One psychological effect is that humans need to communicate with the surrounding world they live in and there are lots of means of communication, from very basic to very complex codes and rules being used and valid if both parts agree to use.
Weather and basically the climate has a big word to say, as a matter of fact, it has had the last word about clothing since the beginning of ages. Now we have air conditioning!!!!
Technology makes it possible to ski in the Emirates, for example, (how are you doing, whiskey?) where the outside temperature has an average of nearly 40 degrees Celsius during the day.Crazy.
