I get no credits, after I installed Boinc v.6.2.18.
And I can see on my profile, I have no pending credits waiting for me.
I have Windows XP Professional with SP 3.
I had a normal graf in the Boinc window before on the older version, on the stat tab, showing my credits. But now it's all "Flatliners". Is it because of the girls I was teasing in public school (just joking), or perhaps the new version of Boinc, or your servers?

I see two tasks in process on your machine according to the web site. I do not see any completed tasks I can look at to see if there were any errors.

Have there been any errors?

Have you completed the tasks on time?

What is your daily quota?

No errors at all.

Have you completed the tasks on time?

yes. I have just uploaded a brand new package, I have crunshed. And the deadline for that was in the beginning of september.
What is your daily quota?

Do you mean, how many packages I get crushed every day? If so, then it is only 1 package every 2. day/3. day or so. This is because, I have a old computer on 1,7 ghz. , and I sometime close Boinc, in order to better work with other software (programs & games).
PS: I can now see I have some credit (59.75) waiting for me. That was a bit weird. When is this new credit, going to be released? Then I can have a look in my Boinc window, if everything is working okay.
PS2:I had a Boinc client in my firewall set as "Allow" but the "Boinc Manager for Windows" was put on "ask". Does this have any influence on the credit update?

Credit is granted once your wingmate (the other computer that got the same WU) has completed the task, returned it, and the validation server validates the result. Since you take 2 to 3 days per task, I would expect that more than half the time that you are the second computer returning the task. However, it can take several weeks for the other computer to return the result. If the other computer does not return the task by the deadline, it is submitted to a third computer, and you wait for that one.

In short, pending credit can take a few seconds to several weeks to be granted.

Well seems that I have a similar issue, no credits after the new client was installed, not showing completed tasks in pending credits either.
No errors I know of, Vista 64, finishing about 10 units a day or 2 astropulses (if I get one).

Thanks for any help on this

You do have tasks showing as pending, you just need to go some pages before seeing them... Page offset 220 and page offset 240 show your pending tasks. The rest of them show that you have detached your client and thus lost the tasks.

You haven't been doing any work since the 16th of August.
So... are you sure you're doing any work?

It looks to me like you best cancel any work you still have in queue, as according to Seti you don't have it anyway.

Well better I drop the tasks I still have. Amd yes my computer runs 24/7 and I only use it for 5 to 6 h a day were I usually stop seti from running.
I never detached the clients, might be an issue to the bionic and seti update.

So I'm gonna nuke all work i still have and hope that the new work I should get will be ok.

Might that be cause Bionic isnt running as admin and not as a service? I really don't have any clue.

Well I might have found the problem. I told bionic to install to D:\.....
and it did but it did not deinstall the old version on C:\..... wich could still be started manually and after I did it showed much workunits from last month - guess that they were given before the update and that for not reporting them back all other units the new client got didnt count. At least it works now after I did delete nearly the whole folder on my C drive (2 files that I miss the rights for, even if I login as admin, are still there but I renamed the folder and will look to delete them later).

So at least for my case I can blame the installer.

Ciao
Mik.
