boinc should remember window size and position

GruÃŸ, Gundolf Window size has been a problem for me for the last few BOINC versions. Everytime I restart my computer, I have to allow BOINC to start (because I'm using Vista, so that's a separate issue) and then I have to resize my window because it defaults to something so small that nothing is visible. I even thought that if I resized my BOINC Manager, then exited BOINC Manager that it might save the window size then, but no luck. I still have to resize every time I open BOINC Manager.
