Anyone having problems reporting WU results then receiving an acknowledgement from the servers?

I cannot see anything in the server status page nor in the output of the Cricket Graphs to show an unusual drop in data flow.

Actually the Cricket Graphs, with careful looking to the RHS of the Daily Graph, may be showing the connection to the servers is down?

I don't see any problems in my log, reporting and downloading new work just fine.

[Edit]Ah! It was just a blip. I managed to Report all that were waiting but now it seems to have gone down again. Looks like they may be working on something. I'm sure it will be sorted over the next couple of hours.[/Edit]

Yes, it seemed to be temporary blip on the reporting, but validating seems to be taking an age now. All WU's reported in the last batch are still Pending and awaiting validation.

Just the first sniff of something may have fallen over at Berkeley.

I have 2 rigs with WUs "ready to report". But they cannot, even with a forced report -

07/06/2008 12:53:49|SETI@home|Sending scheduler request: Requested by user
07/06/2008 12:53:49|SETI@home|Reporting 2 tasks
07/06/2008 12:54:12||Project communication failed: attempting access to reference site
07/06/2008 12:54:14||Access to reference site succeeded - project servers may be temporarily down.
07/06/2008 12:54:15|SETI@home|Scheduler request failed: failed sending data to the peer

07/06/2008 12:54:15|SETI@home|Deferring communication for 1 min 2 sec
07/06/2008 12:54:15|SETI@home|Reason: scheduler request failed

Anyone else yet experiencing this, again?

Just looked at the Cricket Graphs and they may be showing a fall in data transfer. But it is difficult to see on the reporting timescale they use.

Must be that light switch in the beer cooler kicking the servers offline again......

I have gotten several different errors; one I didn't leave in the log I pasted below was because I moved my DSL router/modem and this laptop is on wifi; I think that was the first series of errors. But it's been having problems getting the first workunit from this laptop reported, so in a way I'm glad others are having problems too, and it's not my install of boinc!

We think someone may have had to go in to the lab.

Some WUs have reported, there is some activity on the Cricket Graphs, but others are still having difficulty reoprting their results, etc.

At least the completed WU results are being uploaded.
