Not sure if this is significant, but when I clicked on the link http://lunatics.kwsn.net, the page did not load. But when I pinged the site:

I then tried Opera web browser again and the page loaded immediately.

My ISP is currently T-Mobile 3G in Essex, England.

I can post a tracert result if it is useful.

I'm faily sure that the problem many people are having is related to the Reverse DNS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_DNS_lookup). Whoever administers the site needs to get that fixed ASAP.

[EDIT]
Whois for kwsn.net indicates that Richard Steincross in Long Beach, CA 90807 is the Administrative Contact and Technical Contact for the domain.

We're getting reports that people who were previously unable to access the server are now able to access it. Can those of you who were unable to access it try again?

I hate to pull my own chain, but I took the information that Toby had gathered, got a hold of a level 3 technician at Global Crossings (I am a network engineer and work with these guys on a regular basis), and passed the information on.

The next e-mail to me was that the next hop is a customer of theirs and seems to be having an issue and they would pass on the information. It was less than 24 hours later and all was repaired.
