This is some of the things I am interested in; such as archeology.

This might interest you then: Stonehenge dig

Archaeologists are trying to unlock some of the secrets from Stonehenge in a new dig. On the right hand side of the page linked to above is a link for the video diary they have kept - hope you can watch it over there.

Surface lakes of meltwater on the Greenland Ice Sheet. New research in Science magazine shows that some are able to drain through 100s of metres of ice to bedrock where they lubricate the movement of the ice sheet.

A young gunner falls from her mount while galloping during the 41-gun salute by The Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery in Hyde Park, London, to mark the Queen's 82nd birthday. The uninjured trooper got to her feet to rejoin her colleagues moments later.

I don't think this looks as good as it will taste...

To celebrate the Queen's birthday, St George's Day and all things English, a Devon bakery's giant scone represents the quintessential clotted cream tea.

The last part of your signature seems very apt today and us in London stand aghast at the new mayor we have somehow elected.
