I think you mean, "What are your favorite BOINC projects?" Or, perhaps, "What is your favorite BOINC project?" Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |

I think you mean, "What are your favorite BOINC projects?" Or, perhaps, "What is your favorite BOINC project?" I believe "what's" is a contraction for "what is".... EDIT...I missed the plural "projects"...... But who am I to quibble about semantics..... "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

After being with Seti since 1999 and using the classic version, I'd have to say since Boinc came out Einstein@home and CPDN because they are reliable. I wouldn't even have known of any other projects if seti hadn't been having so many problems with getting work that they suggested we find a backup project to further science while we were waiting for the "bumps" here to smooth out. One last thing. Not to put seti down or anything since I understand funding is a major PIA, but sometimes it seems that the begging for donations goes a little over board. Not by the staff, but sometimes when you have SO MANY people going on and on about donations and the pay pal thing, I think it might scare some people off. (the email was enough for me and as soon as I have a few extra $$$ after the first of the year I'll make sure I send something in) Just my opinion.... |
