I don't care how many people actually LIKE this "tune"... I reckon it's the lousiest "song" ever conceived.

Billy Connolly DID make a comic version of it, but had to totally re-write the lyrics...

The title?

Need I really tell you?

All right then...

TELL LAURA I LOVE HER

There! Now my skin has crawled off me and into the corner in shock :(

I actually had to Google it to remember the song...... And while I agree with the assessment there is one version that should make you laugh!

Well, the graphics were pretty flash.. hehe

I wonder if Bobby Vinton is the "singer's" real name? I'd imagine he would have to be pretty much embarrassed to own up to that one! ;)

Why didn't you warn me??

I had a neighbour who delighted in playing that darn "tune" a dozen times a night on a stereo that would dim the street lights when it was switched on :(

Ok...how 'bout this version........

Hey LGM, long time no see. :-D

I once had a funny night out with "the girls" where we danced to this song again and again, and it was so funny, to learn the moves and then have all the guys come and want to dance with us.

You're not going to believe this, but he had a tour???? in Akron one time, & he came to the Akron Beacon Journal where I work for an interview. He stopped in a bar across the street where I was drinking after work. So I sat shoulder to shoulder with Tiny Tim drinking beer! I even got his autograph which in my smashed state, left it at the bar! Wish I had that today, but it still may not be worth much. ROFLMAO!!!!!

What a peculiar creature :o)

You sure Tiny Tim didn't actually get your autograph and you were just too smashed to remember?

I haven't seen Tiny Tim before but he's rather wonderfully odd.

No wonder you were drinking buddies! :o)~ Hehe <giggle.>

I like his "Do you think i'm Sexy" song.

The man's a dynamo disco sex pistol diva.

Let's hope you won't be doing 'Tiny Tim' karaoke for your birthday party Dune.. Otherwise we'll need to get the stretcher ready.

Having a drink with Tiny Tim. That's an absolute claim to fame.

Respect to you Dune.

There are so many peculiar creatures around here - eek - let's hide ;o)~

This is one of my most-hated songs: Puhdys - Türen öffnen sich zur Stadt (doors open towards the town)

I can't say I like the Puhdys anyway, but this is definitely their worst song.

I don't. All I can say when I see him perform that song is NO!

I don't like the original either.

Maybe that's a woman thing, but I do like Wet Wet Wet's cover, but I like the original with The Troggs better...

As for Yellow Submarine, that was the first single I bought, with Eleanor Rigby on the b-side. Both songs sucks, but hey, it was The Beatles, so we were fans of all what they sent out...

Us REAL men supported the Stones.

If you weren't about in SW london/North Surrey in the early 60's you wouldn't have a clue what I am talking about.

Not sure about the "REAL" stuff you posted but the only thing about the 60's is click me... baby :)

About the "clue thing" i have some issues about that too... Yeah baby ;)
Hope you don't mind dad ;)

[Marge Simpson's voice]Hrrrmmmm[/Marge Simpson's voice]

Back to the hated songs and singers. I never really liked John Denver, his voice and his looks, with and without glasses. Specially this one makes me gnash my teeth:
