Wow! Fantastic photographs everyone!

Ice tells me that he's thinking of starting up a second thread to feature the larger photo's, so we can post the big ones there and the little ones here.

Now, if only I could find the time to actually get out and make some photographs myself...

Oh but, I will add.... this Utopia Photo Bank thing Im on about requires that you create a free account with Utopia before uploading (so you can modify and delete the photos at a later date etc), its free quick and easy to register at www.jmutopia.com and the photo bank url is at: http://www.utopia.jamesmartin.tv/?L=gallery.browse

I want to build like a huge photo library of searchable photos, a resource where any type of photo can be found... but in a way where the photograph uploader still has control over them, and of course, keeps the copyright. ie. If you take a photo, we will not copyright it to us or anything... you can freely modify, remove or edit your photo etc :)

You have some fantastic photos. and I would love to see them on there.

Many Thanks,
James

The only things I've done to this pic (taken 1991, with a cheap camera w/o zoom) after scanning it into the computer was: I blew it up a bit, transfered it into b/w, and put more contrast into it to make the squirrel more visible :)

SNIP!
pic wish(yer garden maybe)

I live in a rental unit in the city. Alas, no garden. An no green thumb either, so that’s just as well.

Besides, I think that my personal inclination and vision (such as it is) leans in other directions. :)

It was B&W mode, 1600 ISO pushed to 3200, noise reduction off, saturation and contrast to maximum, then cropped and tweaked in Elements 5.
