It's the meat on the hoof you will find is the most tasty. But you have to be quick to catch it, Mrs Miggins.

Here is a shot of Di-Pro-Base to help lubricate the joints, and liven up the glamour!

I think I will stay with my morning tea and scones, but thank you for the offer.

I know that beating egg whites poses no problem....I know from experience that a swift wrist action can make almost anything stand up stiffly.

Then you must go to Ice's Cream Parlour. But it was shut down due to the spam next door :( .....apparently.

Good morning Dan and Ice!

Dan, I'm sure you'll find fun ways to keep cool. How about a Soda Water bath and a trip to the Water Park? (You do have water parks in England, don't you?)

It's nice here in England right now, not hot, but sunny with few clouds and a temperature of around 25 C for the weekend. Rain coming again next week with temps dropping to 22 C.

Whats a water park??? Do you mean a fountain or a public swimmimg pool?

Heyas Chris! :)

A water park is a summer park that features a lot of swimming pools and water slides. Typically, you bring your own bathing suit and towel, then rent a locker. After changing, you wander around the pathways or up the grassy hills to the various attractions.

The Wild Water Kingdom in Toronto, for example, has a whole host of water slides, a large wave pool, a relaxing floating ride ("The Lazy River") where you get onto a large plastic donut and the current takes you round and round this winding water loop, it has an outdoor patio and restaurant, a bar, a Beach Hut store to buy whatever you forgot, a picnic area and several pools. But most people go to water parks for the fun of the very long water slides, some open and some enclosed tubes. You can slide on a special speed mat or go bareback.

It's wonderfully relaxing!!!

I'm OK there young man. Re-sealed the bath edging this morning as 'er indoors got in a strop. Other than that, looking forward to a 41 Club Bar-B-Q tomorrow lunchtime in Wimbledon. The house we are going to backs directly onto the All England Courts, though play has all finished now. Need to give the Beema a little wash though, looking decidedly grubby.

Coolio!

Come to think of it Chris, I'm pleased that we have several different Cafés on the street.

It means that you can always drop in somewhere and chat with company you enjoy. And if, in one café, there's someone posting there that you don't care for, you can always post elsewhere and then come back to it when the current poster is finished chatting.

I think that's a good thing!

An Ice's Cream Parlour is a good thing. Isn't it?
