And of course, 'every' driver considers themself to be 'the best driver in the world'... And not just the young show-off hot-heads. Perhaps putting quotes around 'every' was to indicate you do not really mean such a sweeping generalization. Do you not consider yourself to be a "good and conscientious driver"? In my town, a couple drove un-clothed past a police station and were arrested.
