I have taken many walks down into the old dip. In May it is alway a splendid place. The ground is full of bluebells and the normally green canopy of trees is transformed. I often feel like I am walking on a sea of blue with the brightest shade of green refracting blue above my head. It's like floating in heaven. Just across the road from this old playground is the water-mill that Tolkien featured in the Hobbit.. So nice that it is May and so nice that lovely things happen all around us without us having to do anything.. Yes.. It's a big smile. ID: 567365 ·
