Seti was loaded and running 24/7 on my custom built, double processor unit = 2x451GHz, 1Gig RAM, starting in 1998 ! Today and with 2 additional computers running Seti 24/7, on "Your Account / Work done", it shows me as "Member since 2002" ! My e-mail service provider/address changed in 2002 from pawer4@home.com to today's pawer4@charter.net Can you check / let me know how to get that credit and member date factually adjusted ? |

First off, SETI did not start sending units until 1999. Second, did you have more than one account over there, like many did? I had two, one that has a 1999 date, one that has the 2003 date. I took the 2003 date one because I did more work on it than the 1999 date one. You can only merge one of your Classic accounts to the current system. My movie https://vimeo.com/manage/videos/502242 |

If you know the email address or the account number fo your old account you can go to: http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/sah_classic_link.php to claim your old credits. I have the problem of I know the profile ID but the email is no longer running and I don't know the account key |

If you know the email address or the account number fo your old account you can go to: This suggestion only works if you haven't already linked a Classic account to a new BOINC account. The OP has already linked an older Classic account, but it appears as though he had two Classic accounts and he linked the new of the two. |

Then to claim the lost credits, a new account must be made and the remaining credits claimed using that account. Then put both accounts in the same team to total the credits. |
